NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Allstate and Audatex, a Solera Company (formerly ADP Claims Services
Group), have entered an agreement for Audatex to provide mobile estimating tools and valuation services to
Allstate. Under the agreement, Audatex will continue to provide Allstate’s auto adjusters with PenPro
