First Collision Industry Women's Conference Successful |

CAREFREE, Ariz. — The Collision Industry Women’s Conference (CIWC) held
its first retreat May 4-7, when the first “women only” collision industry event brought
notable women together for a gathering that will continue as an entity focusing on empowering industry women. Geri
Kottschade of Jerry's Body Shop, Inc, Mankato, Minn., and Kathy Mello of TGIF Collision in Fremont, Calif., were
elected as co-chairwomen to spearhead the group’s future efforts.
