Progressive breaks ground for new concierge center in Atlanta |

DECATUR, Ga. — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto
insurance group in the country and second largest in Georgia, has broken ground for its new service center in
Decatur, Ga., bringing the current total to 40 Progressive Service Centers in the U.S. including two in Atlanta
— one in Marietta and one in Norcross. The site will feature a 19,000 sq.-ft. service center and
marks Progressive's expansion in Atlanta of its concierge service where body shops write no estimates and have no
contact with the customer and thus lose the chance for upselling, repeat business and word-of-mouth advertising.
Progressive oversees all elements of the claims/repair process on behalf of consumers and reduces the time they
spend on repairs from four days to about 15 minutes, according to Progressive.
