State Farm is first insurance carrier to receive new CIECA Certification |

NORTHBROOK, Ill. – State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has become the first
insurance company certified by the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association’s
(CIECA’s) new Certification program, which is intended to validate the consistent use of current
CIECA XML standards in the collision repair industry. The Certification program, which ensures that the
implementation of the software application’s interchange documents is in compliance with CIECA
standards and implementation guidelines, is only available to CIECA members.
