Reviewed by Joseph, 2006-11-07 Cooks took 42 days to repair my car that had been in a simple rear end accident for a total of $3,000 damage. They promised me the car in 10 days and then the myriad excuses kicked in. They had my car so long that my insurance stopped paying for my rental car and I had to fight for Cooks to rent me the cheapest, smallest car as they continued to drag their feet on fixing my car. Bad customer service and poor communication.
